Chenyue Zhang

Chenyue is currently in her fourth year of the BA specialized honours program in psychology at York University. She is now completing her undergraduate thesis under the supervision of Dr. Joel Katz and one of his Ph.D. students, Anna Waisman. Her thesis aims to investigate the extent to which the degree of specificity and content of the memories recalled by children several months after surgery is related to the child’s post-surgical pain. Her research interests include psychopathologies such as attachment-related PTSD and comorbidity of PTSD in general. She aspires to further pursue her path in psychology by going to graduate school in clinical psychology.
